This notice explains how LU Solutions handles the personal information you send us through this website (lu-solutions.ca). It doesn't cover the LU Solutions platform itself.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and, if you provide them, your company's name and size, along with the page's language.

To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information about your browser and IP address when you send it.

We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no visitor profile. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

Only to answer your request and follow up on it. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing without your consent.

Where your information goes

• Cloudflare hosts the site, checks the form (Turnstile) and measures traffic.
• Resend delivers your message to us by email and sends you the confirmation.

These providers may process information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to alexandre.perron@lu-solutions.ca.
